The Beginning.

Do you suffer from N.E.D? Do you even know what that means? Do you find yourself freaking out over spills? Do you find yourself yelling because someone spilt something? Do you ever wish  your floor was covered with one GIANT towel?

I want to bring this serious condition into the world. It is something I feel very strongly about. And you should to. Someone you love dearly might have this.

I suffer from N.E.D., or Never Enough Dishcloths. Before you laugh- let me explain.

Real life scene (not a dramatization, real life people- no actors were involved). Here I am again in the kitchen. Enjoying my time making dinner. I am in the groove. I've got Gilmore Girls playing on my tablet and I am cooking! Like serious things. Homemade mac and cheese. Waffles for dinner. Lentils and rice. I love to cook.

And then it happens. Splash. Grr sound. And then then my child is there with a puddle of water.

At this moment all thoughts of dinner go away and I am stuck there with the panic.

 " I have NO DISHCLOTHS!"
What am I doing with my life?
Why me?!

So I grab whatever I can. Usually bathroom towels...or sniff the nearest dirty dishcloth (you know you've done it too) and wipe it up.

I know, I know as a responsible mommy you are supposed to let your child clean up the mess they made. Teaching responsibility and noble things.

NOPE. I clean it up. If not they spread the lovely spill. Then they splash in it too. WHY? Why do they do this to me.
My N.E.D has plagued me for many years. And I hope someday they create that giant towel.

What is that thing that one thing that stresses you out above all others ? I hope you'll indulge me.
